10,000RV Sales was founded in 1982 in Lemon Grove as a used RV outlet. All Rvs were priced at $10,000 or less... hence the name - 10,000RV. Local employee owned and operated, the company has grown to become one of California's top RV dealerships.


10,000 RV's web site failed to effectively demonstrate their leading position in RV sales. Updating the site with the latest inventory was difficult and time consuming, resulting in outdated information and lost lead generation opportunities.

Customers and employees alike felt that the 10,000 RV site offered little insight into the company and failed to differentiate 10,000 RV from their competitors. 10,000 RV required an overhaul of their online ventures to improve lead generation and expand their sales potential.

In addition to their lackluster online ventures, 10,000 RV's internal communications had become fragmented and ineffective. No systems for distributing corporate information, reports, and schedules were in place. 10,000 RV required an easy to use, streamlined, and efficient system to consolidate and improve internal communications.

End2End worked with 10,000 RV to develop, implement, and maintain a new web presence to improve lead generation and an Employee Portal to improve corporate communications.

The new online identity creates a personal bond with customers, effectively promoting the company's brand messaging.

An automated inventory management system leverages their internal JD Edwards System to the web. Every day, the site is updated with their most recent new and used RV's. Customers can now browse 10,000 RV's inventory at any time from the comfort of their personal computer.

The new site generates leads through a number of new systems. Potential customers can request pricing information, payment plan information, and even make bids on used RV's in a low impact manner from the comfort of their computer. Leads are automatically routed to the appropriate sales representative and managed through the new Employee Portal. 10,000 RV now receives hundreds of new leads from the web site every month.
